How has Susan helped you (or made a difference) in your athletic journey – Susan came alongside me first as a friend and then as a coach. She has consistently encouraged, cheered, and given me nuggets of wisdom and expertise to improve my daily life and my training/racing. She is always down-to-earth and approachable, making me feel like no question is too small to ask.
