The Performance Fueling service is my most comprehensive nutrition service for athletes seeking specific, individualized daily nutrition guidance (including macronutrient needs), sport nutrition (fueling and hydration), nutrient timing, and recovery nutrition.
Performance fueling service provides ongoing support over an 8-week period. After the initial consult, follow-up sessions occur every 7-10 days.

- Completion of our online Nutrition/Training intake form before your scheduled consult. These forms will be delivered to your inbox after purchase.

- Review current (within 6 months) lab work submitted by the athlete (if applicable).
- 1 x 60-minute initial consultation via phone or Google Meet to review completed forms and interactive dialog on strategies for improvement. A detailed summary of the discussion and goals will be emailed within 24 hours after the consult.
- 1 x 45-minute follow-up session 7-10 days after initial consult.
